SA Capital Partners was founded on an understanding of the inefficiencies in lower middle market business. Most bulge bracket investment banks do not get involved in these types of transactions and therefore have deal minimums, not to mention an incomplete understanding of the lower middle market itself. We feel that the lower middle market is the most crucial market in the US economy but also the most underestimated and under-serviced as well. While boutique investment banks work in the lower middle market while charging large fees and utilizing other shady practices to supplement their uncertainty, we want to give small business owners an alternative to completing transactions.
